  • Where is the store based?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once an order is placed it is processed and shipped immediately therefore cancellations cannot be performed.

    Domestic orders arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders consisting of preorder items may take 2-3 weeks to arrive (if this applies to your order we'll drop a remind in your shipment confirmation).

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We only ship within the US.

  • My package was undelieverable?

    If your package was declared undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, an additional shipping fee will be charged for the reshipment of your order.

  • Why was my order cancelled?

    You will be contacted and your order will be placed on hold:

    1. If your address is declared "unconfirmed" by PayPal.
    2. If your PayPal does not have a registered address.


    Unfortunately, if we are unable to hear from you within 48 hours your order will be canceled.
